Organic Nutmeg oil is obtained by the steam distillation of dried kernel of seeds of Organically grown nutmeg . The oil is pale yellow free flowing liquid having spicy, pleasant and bit woody odour note. The oil is mainly used for flavouring preparation especially soft drinks flavor formulations. The main components are pinenes , Sabenene, Terpineol and Myristicin.
